Bc. Rustic Spots 'H&R' HCC/AOS
(Richard Mueller x C. Landate)
Mericlone.
Super popular Brassavola-type hybrid, originally from H&R Nurseries. Flowers open more red-bronze and transition to dark yellow-gold with spotting throughout the flower. A vigorous growing mericlone that will flower several times per year on a mature plant. These are young, overgrown, flowering sized plants OVERGROWN in 2.5” pots, that are ready to be moved up to 4” pots/baskets.
Photo #1 shows the flowers of a recently opened flower; Photo #2 shows an example of the size plants offered for sale (and also shows the color of an older flower).
We grow these in our Cattleya house: bright, filtered light (2,000-3,000 foot-candles) and let the media dry between waterings.
